Urban Splash and its partners are looking to deliver an outstanding waterside development which realises the potential of the site, creates a strong sense of place and reinforces the regeneration of Hanley City Centre. Hanley is the focus of major regeneration initiatives and this site is seen as a key component in the regeneration of the broader area.
