Within the traditional sandstone tenement context of Glasow’s residential West End NORD have developed a proposal for a single dwelling within an existing gap site.

Distinct from the materiality of the existing context the infill is formed in alternating panels of clear and black glass. 
Relationships are made in terms of the facade alignment and subdivision, but the new elevation is flat, reflective and sheer in direct contrast to the adjacent buildings.
